Call for Artists Deadline Approaching: Recycled or Upcycled Art is due by March 6

The Fine Arts Center’s next exhibit will be a collection of recycled, repurposed, and upcycled art. Local artists 18 years or older are invited to submit their work for consideration for the show.

Do you piece together other people’s trash to create your own treasures? Have you discovered a new way to use an old object? Do you gather or otherwise source your art supplies from nature? Or find ways to create work utilizing sustainable or biodegradable products?

If you answered YES to any of these questions, we want to share what you’ve been making! Even if you answered no to all of them, but then thought, “but I could…?” Well, we encourage you to take that challenge then show us what you did with it!
