“From the very beginning of learning to play, I wrote songs about my own experiences. I write songs about personal life experiences and frame those experiences in simple musical styles that I refer to as RURAL ROOTS MUSIC: Country, blues, bluegrass, folk, old-timey, Americana. Many people throughout the years made an impact on the songwriter that I became, either through their music or just through our relationships and experiences. I hope that it is all present in my music.
