Artists may take their inspiration from many places, including from familiar objects we look at and use almost daily. “Fine arts crafts” are those that are inspired by everyday functional objects but are intended as artistic expression. Our next exhibit, Function or Form?, features such work. Is it art that is inspired by function? Or is it something functional elevated to a state of fine art?
