The care and feeding of your digital camera
december 12, 2020

Digital cameras are amazing! Whether a DSLR or mirrorless camera, they can do so many things automatically that photographers used to have to configure. But while they are powerful, sometimes you may want a little more control of your camera. You want to take things back into your hands to be more creative with your photography. Join this workshop with professional photographer David Rehor to learn the basics about digital cameras and how you might find the best digital camera for you! David will share tips and tricks to give you more creative control over the use of your digital camera and respond to your questions. David will help you get ready to take the best pictures you can to capture and share your memories.

This workshop is appropriate for someone who owns a DSLR or mirrorless digital camera who just wants more control, or someone considering buying a digital camera. Topics covered in this workshop include:

  • the exposure triangle (ISO, aperture, shutter speeds)

  • shooting modes

  • meter modes
