Learn how to make these beautiful Ukrainian eggs
Dr. Kim Lewis will be conducting a two-part series of workshops in May on making pysanky, beautifully decorated Ukrainian eggs. This unique two-session workshop includes everything you need to create your own intricately patterned eggs.
You will learn the basics of how to create pysanky eggs, draw designs, color the eggs, and make the eggs ready for exhibits or gifts. The second session will be a two-hour class where you complete a simple two-color egg. You should leave with the tools and ability to start making pysanky on your own.
The class will be presented in two sessions. The first will occur online via Zoom on Saturday, May 8. The second session will occur in person at the Fine Arts Center following social-distancing protocols. The workshop is limited to 10 participants.

Next up in June is a Watercolor Landscape class with Toni Bowman as follow up to her popular Introduction class held earlier this year. This will also be an in-person class, as well, so spaces are limited. Register now to save your spot!
