Mark Your Calendars for Music, Food, Art and Fun on Saturday, August 10 from 3-9 p.m.!

Rhythm by the Rails in Jackson Park in downtown Pulaski will feature food vendors, artists, and three great music groups for a fun-filled, family-friendly day.

Be sure to join us for our annual summer festival, Rhythm by the Rails, on Saturday, August 10 from 3-9 p.m. in Pulaski’s Jackson Park. There is a $5 suggested donation to cover a full day of fun in the sun with music, food, and art. Free children’s crafts will be available until dusk in the gazebo, and local artists will be sharing their artwork. The Fine Arts Center will also be hosting a special sale of free and low cost art, supplies, and books.

Food vendors will be serving all day, including:

  • Bootleg BBQ

  • Cabo Fish Taco

  • Kirk’s Famous Barbecue

  • Lizard Licks

  • The Snack Wagon

  • Squeeze’um and Shake’um

For the music lovers out there, be sure to bring your dancing shoes as you enjoy performances by Ian Gilliam and the FireKings at 3 p.m. with The Jared Stout Band taking the stage around 6:30 p.m. In addition to these two great bands, we’re glad to host a performance of our own Junior Appalachian Musicians of Greater Pulaski, otherwise known as GRAPe JAM. There will be something for everyone throughout the day. There is free parking in nearby lots and street parking downtown.

There are still a couple of spots available for food or artist vendors and nonprofits.

If you have friends friends or family that want to attend the festival and need a place to stay, contact our partner, the Jackson Park Inn, a unique boutique hotel located directly adjacent to the festival venue site. The Jackson Park Inn is also offering a special rate just for festival visitors. Just use this link to book your room today!
