Cherrilynne Scott invites interested artists of all experience levels to join one or more of her upcoming classes. The first, The Art of the Sketchbook, is appropriate for beginning artists or those who want o kickstart their productivity. This multi-week class spans six weeks beginning on January 26 and is a combination of social gathering for artists as well as art instruction. The class is suitable for teens to adults. Participants will set up and organize a sketch book for their creative output over the following weeks. Cherrilynne will cover some drawing fundamentals and work with students over the six weeks to explore an increasing number of techniques to support their drawing.

As a follow up to her beginner’s intro to Gouache and Watercolor offered earlier this month, Cherrilynne will take things a step further with her Advanced Gouache and Watercolor Class on January 28 and February 4. Don’t worry if you missed the beginner’s class, this class is open to those who already have experience in either medium. Participants will progress beyond introductory skills and will move beyond a step-by-step painting to crafting a painting of their own design.
