Acrylic Painting for Beginners with Ernie Ross (March 10 - April 28)

Popular local artist and teacher, Ernie Ross, will be teaching a workshop series for people interested acrylic painting. The workshops will occur every Thursday from 10 a.m. to noon from March 10 through April 28.

This course is designed for beginners or those who have minimal painting experience. Students will learn the basics of color-mixing, working with acrylic paints and various types of brushes while exploring a variety of techniques and subject matter. In addition to practicing various techniques, participants will be led through completing one or more paintings and encouraged to experiment and ask questions. Intermediate level classes and/or painting open studios, facilitated by the instructor, will likely be available after the completion of this course.
